Sir Tom John Marsters, KBE (lahir 4 Agustus 1945) adalah Wakil Raja ketujuh dan saat ini untuk Kepulauan Cook (sebelumnya Wakil Ratu). Dia adalah mantan Wakil Perdana Menteri Kepulauan Cook, Menteri Luar Negeri, dan Wakil Pemimpin Partai Kepulauan Cook.[1]
