Tteok-kkochi (Hangul: 떡꼬치; lit. rice cake skewer) adalah jajanan kaki lima populer di Korea Selatan yang terdiri dari tteok (kue beras) yang ditusuk dan digoreng yang diolesi saus pedas berbahan dasar gochujang.[1]
Etimologi
Tteok (떡) berarti kue beras, dan kkochi (꼬치) berarti makanan pada tusuk sate atau tusuk sate itu sendiri yang digunakan untuk keperluan kuliner.[2]
