Tudiya atau Tudia (Bahasa Akkadia: 𒂅𒁲𒅀|Ṭu-di-ia) merupakan seorang raja Asyur yang paling awal yang disebutkan di dalam Daftar Raja Asyur,[1] dan yang pertama dari “tujuh belas raja yang hidup di tenda.”[2][3] Keberadaannya belum dikonfirmasi secara arkeologis dan tidak diperkuat oleh sumber lain. Menurut Asiriologi Georges Roux, Tudiya hidup pada paruh kedua abad ke-25 SM (yaitu di suatu tempat di antara tahun 2450 SM — skt. 2400 SM.) Tudiya digantikan oleh Adamu.[4]
