Naskah ini diteliti oleh Karl Wessely (1900), Joseph Karabacek, dan C. R. Gregory (1887).[3] Gregory memberinya kode siglum 059.[4]
Oleh INTF naskah ini diperkirakan tarikh pembuatannya pada abad ke-4.[1][2]
