Brigadir Jenderal TNI (Purn.) Victor Phaing (lahir 8 Juni 1938) merupakan seorang perwira tinggi angkatan darat dari Indonesia dan politikus yang menjabat sebagai Wakil Gubernur Kalimantan Tengah periode 1986—1991. Ia adalah wakil dari Gubernur Kalimantan Tengah, Gatot Amrih dan Suparmanto.
