Fu Yu (Hanzi: 付昱; lahir 22 Juli 1988), juga dikenal sebagai Wuheqilin (Hanzi: 乌合麒麟; Pinyin: Wū Hé Qí Lín) adalah seorang ilustrator dan kartunis politik asal Tiongkok. Kota asalnya adalah Harbin. Ia mengklaim dirinya sendiri sebagai "pelukis Wolf Warrior" dan dikenal di Tiongkok karena membuat karya seni berjudul Peace Force (Hanzi: 《和平之师》), yang menggambarkan seorang prajurit Australia sedang membunuh seorang remaja Afganistan.[1][2][3]
