Yeolmu-kimchi[1] (열무김치) atau kimchi lobak musim panas muda[1] merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak jenis Kimchi, banchan yang populer (Korea: 반찬, lauk pauk korea). Meskipun lobak yeolmu (lobak musim panas muda) memiliki akar tunggang kecil dan tipis yang tidak banyak digunakan, daunnya yang hijau tebal dan berlimpah terus digunakan sepanjang musim semi dan musim panas untuk membuat yeolmu-kimchi. Yeolmu-kimchi populer di musim panas dan sering dimakan dengan mie dingin.[2]
