Yael "Yuli" Tamir (bahasa Ibrani: יולי תמיר, lahir 26 Februari 1954) adalah seorang akademisi dan mantan politikus Israel yang menjabat sebagai anggota Knesset untuk Partai Buruh antara 2003 dan 2010, dan sebagai Menteri Absorpsi Imigran dan Pendidikan, serta wakil jurubicara Knesset dan anggota komite Keuangan, komitePpendidikan dan komite Keamanan dan Urusan Luar Negeri. Dari 2010 sampai 2020, Tamir menjadi Presiden Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. Sejak 2015, ia menjadi profesor pembantu di Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford. Pada Oktober 2020, Tamir menjadi Presiden Beit Berl College.[1]
