Zha cai ([tʂɑ̂ tsʰâɪ]; 榨菜), juga ditulis Cha tsai, adalah sejenis tanaman sesawi acar yang berasal dari Chongqing, Tiongkok. Namanya juga dapat ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris sebagai cha tsai, tsa tsai, jar choy, jar choi, ja choi, ja choy, atau cha tsoi. Dalam bahasa Inggris, hidangan ini dikenal sebagai sayuran Sichuan, sayuran Szechwan, atau sayuran acar Tionghoa, meskipun semua istilah ini juga dapat merujuk ke sejumlah acar Tiongkok lainnya, termasuk beberapa jenis acar lain di provinsi Sichuan itu sendiri.[1]
