Azotan cynku, Zn(NO3)2 – nieorganiczny związek chemiczny, sól kwasu azotowego i cynku. Jest dobrze rozpuszczalny w wodzie, dając roztwór o odczynie kwaśnym (pH 5,1 dla stęż. 5%). Tworzy 2 hydraty – Zn(NO3)2·3H2O i Zn(NO3)2·6H2O – ten drugi jest produktem zwykłej krystalizacji z wody. Otrzymuje się go przez roztwarzanie cynku, wodorotlenku cynku lub tlenku cynku w kwasie azotowym i krystalizację produktu[4].
