Barclay Henley (ur. 17 marca 1843 w Charlestown, zm. 15 lutego 1914 w San Francisco[1]) – amerykański prawnik, polityk, członek Partii Demokratycznej.
Działalność polityczna
Od 1869 do 1870 zasiadał w Zgromadzeniu Stanowym Kalifornii. W okresie od 4 marca 1883 do 3 marca 1885 przez jedną kadencję był przedstawicielem 3. okręgu, a od 4 marca 1885 do 3 marca 1887 przez jedną kadencję przedstawicielem 1. okręgu wyborczego w stanie Kalifornia w Izbie Reprezentantów Stanów Zjednoczonych[1].
Jego ojcem był Thomas J. Henley[1].
