Gaspard Fritz, Kaspar Friz[1] (ur. 18 lutego 1716 w Genewie, zm. 23 marca 1783 tamże[1][2][3]) – szwajcarski kompozytor pochodzenia niemieckiego[1].
Życiorys
Uczył się w Turynie u Giovanniego Battisty Somisa[1][2][3]. Był cenionym skrzypkiem[2], działał też jako pedagog[2][3]. W 1756 roku występował w Concert Spirituel w Paryżu, gdzie wykonywał własne utwory[1]. Był autorem sześciu symfonii, nawiązujących do twórczości szkoły mannheimskiej[1]. Pisał także przeważnie trzyczęściowe sonaty, utrzymane w zachowawczym stylu barokowym, bez kontrastów tematycznych[1].
