George Herbert Skinner (ur. 1872 w Wellingborough, zm. 29 grudnia 1931 w Ealing) – brytyjski strzelec, wicemistrz olimpijski.
Skinner wystartował na igrzyskach w 1908 w Londynie w dwóch konkurencjach.[1]. W drużynie: John Butt, Henry Creasey, Richard Hutton, William Morris, George Skinner, George Whitaker zdobyli brązowy medal w konkurencji trap.
