Plaxiscelis rustica – gatunek pluskwiaka z podrzędu różnoskrzydłych i rodziny wtykowatych.
Gatunek ten opisany został po raz pierwszy w 1860 roku przez Carla Ståla na łamach „Öfversigt af Kongliga Svenska Vetenskaps-Akademiens Förhandlingar”. Jako miejsce typowe wskazano Rio de Janeiro[1][2].
Pluskwiak o ciele długości od 15 do 18 mm i szerokości od 4,5 do 5 mm. Ogólne ubarwienie ma szarożółte z ciemnym punktowaniem. Czułki są czarne z jasnym paskiem na pierwszym członie[1]. Jednobarwne dwa ostatnie człony czułków różnią go od podobnego P. plebeja, a jasnopomarańczowe z obfitym, czarnym nakrapianiem uda od pozostałych przedstawicieli rodzaju[3].
Owad neotropikalny, południowoamerykański, endemiczny dla Brazylii[2][4].
