Ratchis – książę Friuli (739–744) i król Longobardów (744–749).
Jego ojcem był książę Pemmo. Jego żoną była rzymianka Tassia. Władał w pokoju do czasu oblężenia, z nieznanych powodów, Perugi. Papież Zachariasz namówił go do porzucenia oblężenia.
