Richard James Wilkinson (ur. 29 maja 1867 w Salonikach, zm. 5 grudnia 1941 w Izmirze[1]) – brytyjski administrator kolonialny, znawca języka malajskiego i historyk[2].
Sporządził szereg słowników oraz opisów gramatycznych poświęconych językowi malajskiemu. Autor tekstów publikowanych na łamach „Journal of the Malayan Branch of the Royal Asiatic Society”[3].
