Spreenhagen – miejscowość i gmina w Niemczech, w kraju związkowym Brandenburgia, w powiecie Oder-Spree, siedziba Związku Gmin Spreenhagen[1].
W 1964 we wsi aresztowano, przebywającego tu i prowadzącego pod własnym nazwiskiem praktykę lekarską, zbrodniarza wojennego, Horsta Fischera, byłego lekarza SS z niemieckiego obozu Auschwitz III-Monowitz[2].
We Neu Hartmannsdorfie stoi Kościół Nadziei, zwany też Miodowym Kościołem.
