The Highlights – drugi album z największymi przebojami (i pierwszy wydany na całym świecie) kanadyjskiego piosenkarza i autora tekstów The Weeknda[7]. Został wydany 5 lutego 2021 roku[8], jako kolejny krok po premierze jego czwartego albumu studyjnego After Hours (2020) oraz jego pierwszego albumu kompilacyjnego The Weeknd in Japan (2018)[9][10]. Płyta ukazała się w ramach przygotowań do jego występu podczas Super Bowl LV halftime show[11][12].
Lista utworów składa się z piosenek pochodzących z jego trzech albumów studyjnych, które dotarły do pierwszego miejsca listy Billboard 200: Beauty Behind the Madness (2015), Starboy (2016) i After Hours (2020), z jego debiutanckiego mixtape'u House of Balloons (2011), minialbumu My Dear Melancholy (2018), a także z dwóch wspólnych singli: „Love Me Harder” z Arianą Grande (z albumu My Everything z 2014 roku) oraz „Pray for Me” z Kendrickiem Lamarem (z albumu Black Panther: The Album z 2018 roku).

Jest to najwyżej notowany album kompilacyjny The Weeknda i oznacza zarazem najlepszy debiut tygodniowy dla składanki z największymi przebojami od czasu Fully Loaded: God's Country Blake'a Sheltona (2019), która dotarła do drugiego miejsca w notowaniu z 28 grudnia 2019 roku[16]. Album kompilacyjny The Weeknda zdołał spędzić na wspomnianej liście ponad 130 tygodni[17]. Choć album nie zdobył szczytu brytyjskiej listy UK Albums Chart, The Highlights okazał się najlepiej sprzedającym się albumem 2023 roku w Wielkiej Brytanii, osiągając sprzedaż na poziomie ponad 391 000 egzemplarzy[18].
