William Clement Frawley (ur. 26 lutego 1887 w Burlington, zm. 3 marca 1966 w Los Angeles) – amerykański aktor wodewilowy[1][2].
Odtwórca roli właściciela domu Fredericka Hobarta „Freda” Mertza w sitcomie CBS Kocham Lucy (1951–1957)[3], za którą został pięciokrotnie nominowany do nagrody Emmy[4].
8 lutego 1960 otrzymał własną gwiazdę w Alei Gwiazd w Los Angeles znajdującą się przy 6322 Hollywood Boulevard[5][6].
W 1925 po raz pierwszy wystąpił na Broadwayu w roli J. Horatio Diggsa w komedii muzycznej Merry, Merry[7].
