Eukarius dari Trier (Eucarius atau Eucharius) merupakan seorang santo yang hidup pada zaman dahulu yang dianggap sebagai pendiri keuskupan Trier di Galia utara (sekarang di Jerman). Namun tidak diketahui apabila ia hidup pada abad pertama atau pada abad berikutnya.
