Flavio Cotti (18 Oktober 1939 – 16 Desember 2020) adalah seorang politikus asal Swiss.

Ia terpilih menjadi anggota Dewan Federal Swiss pada 10 Desember 1986 hingga meletakkan jabatan itu pada tanggal 30 April 1999. Ia beraffiliasi dengan Partai Rakyat Demokrat Kristen Swiss.
