Ludwig Forrer (9 Februari 1845 - 28 September 1921) adalah politikus Swiss dan Anggota Dewan Federal Swiss (1902-1917).
Ia terpilih di Dewan Federal Swiss pada 11 Desember 1902 hingga meletakkan jabatan itu pada tanggal 31 Desember 1917. Ia berafiliasi dengan Partai Demokrat Bebas.
Selama masa jabatannya, ia pernah memimpin:
