Fritz Honegger (25 Juli 1917 - 4 Maret 1999) adalah politikus Swiss.
Ia terpilih di Dewan Federal Swiss pada 7 Desember 1977 hingga meletakkan jabatan itu pada tanggal 31 Desember 1982. Ia beraffiliasi dengan Partai Demokrat Bebas.
