Ibrahim Edhem Pasha (1819–1893) adalah pejabat Ottoman, yang menjabat sebagai Wazir Agung di masa awal pemerintahan Abdul Hamid II pada 5 Februari 1877 hingga 11 Januari 1878.[1] Dia mengundurkan diri dari jabatannya setelah peluang kemenangan Ottoman pada Perang Rusia-Turki (1877–1878) menurun. Dia kemudian menjabat di beberapa jabatan administratif di Kekaisaran, seperti menjadi menteri luar negeri pada tahun 1856, duta besar di Berlin pada 1876, dan di Vienna dari 1879 hingga 1882.[2] Dia juga menjabat sebagai pejabat militer dan menteri dalam negeri dari tahun 1883 hingga 1885.[2] Pada tahun 1876–1877, dia mewakili Pemerintah Ottoman di Konferensi Konstantinopel.
Dia lahir di Khios pada tahun 1819 dan meninggal dunia di Konstantinopel pada tahun 1893.
