Lydia Lopokova, Baroness Keynes (nama lahir Lidia Vasilyevna Lopukhova, bahasa Rusia: Ли́дия Васи́льевна Лопухо́ва; 21 Oktober 1891 – 8 Juni 1981)[1] adalah seorang ballerina Rusia yang terkenal pada awal abad ke-20.
Lopokova berlatih di Sekolah Balet Kekaisaran. Ia melakukan perjalanan keliling dengan Ballets Russes pada 1910, dan bergabung lagi dengan mereka pada 1916.
Lopokova menikahi ekonom Inggris terkenal John Maynard Keynes pada 1925, sehingga ia juga dikenal sebagai Lady Keynes. Ia lenyap dari pandangan masyarakat setelah kematian Keynes pada 1946, dan menjalani masa-masa akhir hidupnya di Sussex.
