Mazama nana adalah sebuah spesies rusa kecil dalam genus Mazama yang berasal dari Amerika Selatan.[2] Spesies ini dapat ditemukan di Brasil selatan, Argentina dan Paraguay.[3] Spesies ini adalah rusa berukuran kecil dengan kaki yang pendek, dengan berat 15 hingga 20 kilogram (33 hingga 44 pon). Mereka memiliki bulu cokelat kemerahan.

Spesies ini terkadang dianggap sebagai subspesies Mazama rufina.
