Memil-buchimgae (메밀부침개) atau panekuk gandum kuda adalah variasi dari buchimgae, atau panekuk Korea. Ini adalah hidangan yang mirip dengan crepe yang terbuat dari adonan gandum kuda dan sawi putih.[1]
