Mendozosaurus adalah dinosaurus sauropoda herbivora yang hidup di periode Kapur, 89-86 juta tahun lalu di Argentina dan sekitarnya. Hanya satu spesies Mendozosaurus yang diketahui sekarang, yaitu Mendozosaurus neguyelap. Nama spesifiknya, "neguyelap" berasal dari bahasa Millcayac yang berarti "binatang pertama". Ia ditemukan di Formasi Sierra Barrosa oleh Bernardo Javier Gonzales Riga. Beratnya 16 ton, panjangnya 20 dan tinggi sekitar 4,5 meter. Ia dari klad lithostrotia.[1]
