USA PATRIOT Act (singkatan dari Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act; biasa disebut Patriot Act saja) adalah sebuah undang-undang (UU) federal Amerika Serikat (AS) yang memberikan wewenang kepada pemerintah AS untuk mengatasi terorisme. Patriot Act menjadi kontroversial karena mengandung ketetapan yang dianggap dapat mencederai prinsip kebebasan sipil di AS, antara lain mengizinkan penyadapan telepon, rekaman, dan komputer oleh pemerintah, serta pengawasan buku-buku dan produk-produk yang dihasilkan rumah sakit dan perpustakaan.
UU ini diberlakukan untuk pertama kalinya setelah serangan 11 September 2001 di New York City, tepatnya mulai 26 Oktober 2001 dan akan habis masa berlakunya pada 31 Desember 2005. Pada 21 Desember, Senat AS menyetujui perpanjangan Patriot selama enam bulan, tetapi saat diajukan kepada Kongres AS, Kongres hanya menyetujui perpanjangan selama sebulan, hingga 3 Februari 2006.
