Negros Occidental atau Negros Barat (bahasa Tagalog: Kanlurang Negros) merupakan sebuah provinsi di Filipina. Ibu kotanya ialah Bacolod City. Provinsi ini terletak di region Visayas Barat. Provinsi ini memiliki luas wilayah 7.926 km² dengan memiliki jumlah penduduk 3.006.089 jiwa (2010). Provinsi ini memiliki angka kepadatan penduduk 379 jiwa/km².
