Quiina macrophylla adalah spesies tumbuhan berbunga dalam famili Ochnaceae. Tumbuhan ini berupa semak atau pohon yang berasal dari Amerika tropis, tersebar dari Belize dan Honduras melalui Amerika Tengah dan Amerika Selatan bagian utara hingga Bolivia dan Brasil bagian utara,[2] tempat ia tumbuh di hutan hujan tropis dataran rendah.[1] Tumbuhan ini digunakan sebagai obat dan bahan pangan.[2]

Spesies ini pertama kali dideskripsikan oleh Edmond Tulasne pada tahun 1849.[2] Homonim Quiina macrophylla Ule adalah sinonim dari Quiina ulei.[3]
