Roystonea altissima adalah sebuah spesies palem yang merupakan endemik wilayah pegunungan dan perbukitan di dekat Jamaika. Nama altissima adalah kata Latin untuk "tertinggi", meskipun spesies tersebut bukanlah spesies tertinggi dalam genus Roystonea. Spesies tersebut biasanya ditemukan di ketinggian 760 meter (2.490 ft) di atas permukaan laut.
