Stadion 16 November adalah arena sepakbola yang terletak di Kabupaten Fak-Fak, Papua Barat, Indonesia. Yang merupakan kandang dari klub sepak bola Persifa Fak-Fak, yang dapat menampung sekitar 5.000 penonton. Stadion Ini telah berdiri sejak jaman Belanda tetapi pada waktu itu dikenal dengan nama Lapangan Puncak Onim.
