Sungai Rungan atau Sungai Dayak Kecil adalah sungai yang ada di Kalimantan Tengah yang bermuara di Sungai Kahayan. Sungai Rungan juga merupakan anak Sungai Kahayan dan memiliki panjang 86,25 km.[1] Sungai ini melintasi dua kabupaten/kota yaitu Kota Palangka Raya dan Kabupaten Gunung Mas.
