Irjen. Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Tagam Sinaga SH, MM (lahir 6 Maret 1965) adalah seorang Purnawirawan Polri yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Deputi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat BNN.
