Govind Nihalani (lahir 19 Desember 1940) adalah seorang sutradara, sinematografer, penulis naskah dan produser asal India, yang dikenal atas karya-karyanya dalam sinema Hindi. Ia merupakan penerima enam Penghargaan Film Nasional (India), dan lima Penghargaan Filmfare Bollywood.[1][2]
