Tsse (Ꚑ ꚑ; italik: Ꚑ ꚑ) adalah huruf dari Alfabet Kiril. Huruf gabungan ini aslinya adalah sebuah ligatur dari Huruf Kiril Te (Т т Т т) dan Es (С с С с. Itu berasal dari Sebuah T dengan ogonek yang diletakkan di bawah.
Tsse digunakan dalam Bahasa Abkhaz, dan itu melambangkan Konsonan desis gesek rongga-gigi langit-langit nirsuara /t͡ɕʷ/. Itu adalah sebuah huruf kiril yang korespon ke Ҵә.
