Anil Kakodkar (lahir 11 November 1943) adalah seorang ilmuwan nuklir dan insinyur mesin asal India. Ia adalah ketua Komisi Tenaga Atom India dan Sekretaris untuk Pemerintah India, ia menjadi Direktur Pusat Riset Atom Bhabha, Trombay dari 1996–2000. Ia dianugerahi Padma Vibhushan, penghargaan sipil tertinggi kedua di India, pada 26 Januari 2009.
