Bradypus (genus , yang berarti "kaki lambat") adalah sebuah genus mamalia neotropis arboreal[2] yang masuk kedalam famili Bradypodidae. Terdapat lima spesies hidup kungkang tiga jari, yaitu Bradypus pygmaeus, Bradypus torquatus, Bradypus tridactylus, dan Bradypus variegatus. Sepenuhnya berkontras dengan studi-studi morfologis sebelumnya, yang cenderung menempatkan genus ini sebagai takson saudara dari semua folivora lainnya, studi-studi molekuler menempatkan mereka di dalam superfamili folivora Megatherioidea, membuat genus ini menjadi satu-satunya anggota dari radiasi tersebut.[2][3]
