Yang Mulia Shin Arahan (bahasa Burma: ရှင်အရဟံ [ʃɪ̀ɰ̃ ʔəɹəhàɰ̃]; dulunya Dhammadassī Mahāthera, ဓမ္မဒဿီ မဟာထေရ် [dəma̰dəθì məhàtʰḛi]; ca 1034 – 1115) adalah Thathanabaing Burma asal Kerajaan Pagan dari 1056 sampai 1115. Berasal dari Kerajaan Thaton, biku tersebut menjadi penasehat agama dari empat raja Pagan dari Anawrahta sampai Alaungsithu. Ia dikenal karena telah mengubah agama Anawrahta menjadi Buddha Theravāda, dan menaungi reformasi berkelanjutan terhadap Theravāda di seluruh belahan kerajaan.[2]: 149, 156, 166
