Kaeng khae (bahasa Thai: แกงแค, pelafalan [kɛ̄ːŋ kʰɛ̄ː]) adalah kari dari masakah Thailand utara.

Kari ini dinamai berdasarkan daun Piper sarmentosum, salah satu bahan utamanya, yang dikenal sebagai phak khae di Thailand Utara.[1]
