Prasasti Mleri berasal dari tahun 1091 Saka (03 September 1169 M). Nama raja yang menganugerahkan adalah Sri Aryeswara dari Kerajaan Kadiri. Berikut alih aksara Prasasti Mleri I oleh Damais :[1]
