Malatang (Hanzi tradisional: 麻辣燙; Hanzi sederhana: 麻辣烫; Pinyin: málàtàng; harfiah: 'numb spicy hot') adalah jenis makanan jalanan Tiongkok yang umum.[1] Makanan ini berasal dari Sichuan, Tiongkok, tetapi berbeda terutama dari versi Sichuannya karena versi Sichuannya lebih seperti apa yang di Tiongkok utara digambarkan sebagai hotpot.
