Magnosaurus (artinya 'kadal besar') adalah sebuah genus dinosaurus theropoda dari Jura Tengah di Inggris. Genus tersebut berdasarkan pada sisa fosil fragmenter dan seringkali disamakan atau dimasukkan dalam Megalosaurus.

Pada 1923, Friedrich von Huene menamai Megalosaurus nethercombensis dari sebagian kerangka tulang (OUM J12143) dari tahap Bajocian[1]
