Nedcolbertia adalah genus dinosaurus theropoda dari Formasi Cedar Mountain periode Kapur Awal (dari tahap Valanginium) di Utah. Spesies tipe dan satu-satunya yang telah dideskripsikan sejauh ini adalah N. justinhofmanni, yang diketahui dari setidaknya tiga kerangka sebagian.

Holotipenya, CEUM 5071, adalah salah satu spesimennya, yang mencakup sebuah kerangka sebagian tanpa tengkorak milik seekor juvenil. Paratipenya adalah dua spesimen lainnya, CEUM 5072 dan CEUM 5073. Keduanya fragmenter dan tidak memiliki tengkorak, serta mewakili individu sub-dewasa. Ketiga spesimen tersebut terdisartikulasi dan sangat hancur karena tersingkap ke permukaan sebelum penemuan. Ketiganya menjadi bagian koleksi College of Eastern Utah Prehistoric Museum.[1]
