Roberto Moreno (lahir 11 Februari 1959) merupakan seorang pembalap mobil professional asal Brasil. Ia sempat turun di ajang F1 dari tahun 1982 sampai 1995 dan bergabung dengan beberapa tim yaitu Lotus, AGS, Coloni, EuroBrun, Benetton, Jordan, Minardi, Andrea Moda dan Forti. Ia kemudian melanjutkan kariernya ke ajang Champ Car pada tahun 1985-96; 1994; dan 1996-2007. Diluar kegiatan membalap, ia memiliki hobi membangun pesawat ringan.[1]
