Beberuk terong

Beberuk terong adalah makanan khas Lombok yang terbuat dari lalapan terong dan kacang panjang dengan sambal tomat yang pedas.[1] Bahan untuk membuatnya antara lain terong, bawang merah, tomat, cabe rawit, garam, gula pasir, minyak, dan air.[2]
